How to install on Windows 11
- Turn the printer on. Connect it with a USB cable, or make sure it is on the same network as your PC.
- Click Download from HP on the recommended card above. The file comes directly from HP’s server.
- Run the downloaded file and follow the installer. Choose USB or network connection when asked.
- When the installation finishes, open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners and print a test page.

How to install on Windows 10 and older
- Download the print driver, and also the scan driver if you need scanning.
- Run the print driver file first and follow the installer. Choose USB or network connection when asked.
- Run the scan driver file next.
- Open Control Panel → Devices and Printers. Right‑click the printer and choose Printer properties → Print Test Page.

No. HP lists the Samsung Universal Print Driver for Windows 11, plus the utilities shown above.
Are these downloads safe?

The printer is installed but shows as "Offline". What can I do?
For network printers, check that the printer and PC are on the same network and that the printer's IP address has not changed. Removing the printer in Windows settings and adding it again often helps. For USB, try a different cable or port.
