How to install on Windows 11
- Turn the printer on. Connect it with a USB cable, or make sure it is on the same network as your PC.
- Click Download from HP on the recommended card above. The file comes directly from HP’s server.
- Run the downloaded file and follow the installer. Choose USB or network connection when asked.
- When the installation finishes, open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners and print a test page.

The printer is installed but shows as "Offline". What can I do?
For network printers, check that the printer and PC are on the same network and that the printer's IP address has not changed. Removing the printer in Windows settings and adding it again often helps. For USB, try a different cable or port.
